There is this stuff falling out of the sky, it's wet and it's leaving big puddles on the ground.
It looks like rain, but it's been so long since I have seen rain that I can't be certain.
I also have wet drops coming out of the a/c vent above my desk because there is so much of the wet stuff outside!!!!

There has been a serious drought this summer and this is the first significant amount of rain, so I was a little giddy!!

    You can definitely have all the rain from here you want - I am so tired of grey gloomy days!!! Not typical for Kansas.

    Didn't we though? I couldn't have been happier when it stopped raining and was finally WARM for a few days. And now we're headed back for cooler weather. :sad:

    Colorado got jipped on Summer this year. Its been like in the 70s and cool all summer, pretty much fall type weather. And so much rain!! :( We have yet to reach 100 degrees which is really weird for Colorado. It actually snowed in the mountains in JULY! WTF!

    I think the weather has been crazy all over the country this year. Seattle area got temps over 100 degrees this summer. I've lived here for around a dozen years and I don't think that's normal for Seattle area. That was more like the weather we got in the Midwest! :huh:

    We were dry in july but have been doing better thru August - take it from someone who sells Lawn equipment - let it rain - let it rain - let it rain!!!!!

    We had like 50 days straight of 100+ temps w/ NO rain. This is definately a welcome sight!!!!

    I wish I could. I'm stuck behind a desk for the next 4 hours!!! :cry:

    Maybe when I get home I will sit out on the porch and just enjoy it. I love the way rain smells.
