Anything with carbs can be addictive. The more you eat it the more you want it. It is a viscous cycle. If you can the best thing to do is cut your danger foods out completely. When you feel stronger and feel you are in more control of your eating addictions you can try adding them back in in small quantities. You may find that you just have to eliminate them for good.

cutting out carbs has really changed my life.
Not all carbs are a problem for all people. Bread is not a problem for me but chips and popcorn are as well as cookies. As you track your eating and get to know yourself you will be able to see what you may need to eliminate. You do need some carbs for energy especially if you are working out. Oatmeal is an excellent choice.0 -
EVERYTHING IN MODERATION!! Learn the proper portion size and allow yourself that amount, only if it fits into your calorie goal for the day.0
