Can't lose the last few!!

This is just a general rant! My goal has been to get down to 115-120 pounds. But for the last 3 weeks I have been bouncing between 123-125. I am so frustrated. I could live with being 125, I guess, but I really think I would look better with another 5-10 pounds gone!!
I run 4 days per week weight lift 3, and typically also do either DVD or some other exercise, so I'm working out 2x per day. I think I eat pretty healthy.
I'm getting a little discouraged.

I had that problem, and my problem was that I wasn't eating enough lol, go figure. I've been stuck in the 120's for awhile now again too lol. Maybe try switching your cardio running to interval running if you are eating enough.0

Lol sometimes it gives your body that little boost out of the fitness rut that it gets use to. Once your body gets use to doing something you don't really improve. It helps to switch it up, maybe try a different kind of cardio if you hate intervals to get your body into the I feel challanged mode again lol.0 -
Maybe try switching out one day of running with swimming or biking instead...0

I am trying hard I am eating healthy and I exercise but still nothing happened and I am gaining weight and I am getting stressed and I am 145 and my goal was 130 but I cant helppppppppppppppp what shoals I do?0

I have to agree, you need to eat more, especially if you are working out 2 times a day sometimes. This can make you under 1200 calories which is unhealthy. You have done fantastic with the weight you have lost and should already be proud.0
