hello everyone!!!

I am a business consultant for growing small businesses but have a long way to go "working on my body" I am losing weight in my 1st week and am counting calories based on myfittnesspal suggestion.
It has allowed me about 2300 calories a day which I am easily below.
My issue is that i use up all my fat, protein and sodium but still have a ton of carbs left??

Should i try to get them in and if so, how without more of the other areas?

Thx!!!!

Austin

not eating all your carbs is a good thing.

you can always change your macros to something that suits you.

I once gave up all flour and sugar. I lost 130 lbs in 9 months. Dont worry if the carbs are low, the weight will come off faster without them.
