    I usually portion out my meals when I cook so yes I eat everything on my plate...unless I become full before it's gone which usually doesn't happen.

    Yeah I have thought about serving myself less, but I am afraid of getting more, still being hungry.
    You do know that just because it's not on your plate doesn't mean it no longer exists? If you're still hungry after eating everything on your plate, you can always just go and get more.

    Sounds like a pretty fulfilling meal to me.

    When i have solid foods in my meal, which of course I only have one currently, but anyways. What I would do is, I would have a full glass of water before or after my meal. This sometimes helped me, when my stomach would start talking alien to me.
