feel fat and need a hug

hi all does anyone know the pill patch evra. well ive just come off it and having my second period in 2 weeks cos i messed the patch , i took it off and decided never to go on it and now body struggling.
i get very bad heavy painful periods , years of going to gyno and had right fallopian tube removed due to it being inflammed 10cm!!!!
so doc suggested patch for the pain cos cant take normal pill cos allergies . worked fine untill 2nd month i just kept crying. im not a crying person unless day one of period, well last month i cried 3 times a week.
so short version..... i need hug and someone suggest something.

    you are not fat. you are lovely, just struggling a little at the moment.

    advise- take a deep breath. practice some yoga. enjoy a candle-lit bath.
