It was yummy and was only 206 cals......give or take a few lol i toasted the bagel in the toaster just for a little bit of a crunch....then i put about 2 teaspoons of marinara on it ..then i put a serving of regular cheese on it (not low fat) and then i chopped up a cooked piece of turkey bacon and put it on top.sprinkled a little bit of garlic salt on it......it was decently filling, nutritious and yummy:bigsmile:

mmm sounds tasty. What kind of bagel did you use? I can't find any low cal bagels that even resemble/taste like bagels...0

p.s. u can always alter the amount of ingredients and the type for example less cals if u used low fat cheese0 -
I don't eat bagels often but when I do, I use Thomas plain large - there's quite a bit of protein - not sure if it's better than others but they are really soft and yummy....I make pizza bagels as a treat too - I use tomato sauce - sprinkle with oregano, top with 2 sliced of shaved oscar meyer brown sugar ham and then topped with 1 slice of reduced fat provolone - MMMMM my kids love this too0
