So , the first september 2011 i weighted 319 pound on the scale......

to much for a 6 feet boy of 28 years.

i have lot of stomach pain and reflux, so i decided to take care of me.

low my calories at 1900 each day, go to the gym four times week and it gave this!

I'm proud of me!

After a lot of try , i can say now its possible for me too!

    All I have to say is HOLY COW and AWESOME JOB! I saw your pictures and got out of my chair and carted the laptop over to show my fiance haha It is absolutely amazing what taking that much weight off your body does for you! I hope that I can one day say I lost 100 lbs. I am at 60 lbs lost, so I am more than halfway there. You are a true inspiration to us all! WOW!
