Microwave Protein 'Brownie'
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 teaspoon peanut butter
2-3 tablespoons of water
Mix together and microwave 30 seconds, depending on your microwave. Do not overcook or it will be dry and hard. Cook long enough for sides to set but the center is a bit liquidy. Does not take much time to cook at all.

I have noticed the nutrition labels on chocolate protein powder and brownie mix are carb/protein opposites. One is sold in the pharmacy area, the other is sold in the grocery area. But the contents in the containers look identical... Hmmm0

I just made this using 1 scoop chocolate muscle milk, 2 tablespoons PB2 (powdered peanut butter) and about 3.5 T water in a coffee mug... so tasty!0
