i just started out recently and i'm looking for someone that i can message to motivate them and get some motivation back. you know, send some encouragement and have someone to chat too! sometimes its not easy to talk to friends and family so i'm looking for some people to talk to!

    It is a struggle. I have to say that I started in April and have lost 12.2. I am middle aged, but I have always lost very slowly. While I have the dieting under control (at present) the exercise is a challenge. I run for an hour 5-6 times a week and some days, I just don't want to do it! Any advice there? I force myself (and especially in this intense heat) but I start and stop and it usually takes the better part of TWO hours to complete 60 minutes.

    If you are just starting, keep talking to yourself. The first couple of days are the hardest as your body and brain are used to you responding the minute they want something. You usually get a headache (sugar withdraw). If you can past these first few days it will go smoother. Hang in and let me know.
