Hi, I'm new on here and trying to get my weight under control. I am currently working out 4 days a week for about 30minutes sometimes a bit more. I stink at the food part of all this. It boggles my mind sometimes. If you are looking for friends and/or support feel free to friend me. Thanks

Welcome! I am great with the food (though still trying to fix the cravings). It is the exercise I have a hard time with. It's always good to have others as support in both areas!1
