How do you manage shift work?

Alright, so I noticed this evenings binge may have been because of my irregular eating times. My shifts vary from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am...and it goes back and forth every week ( a couple days, a couple evenings, and a couple nights).

I have already adjusted my meal names to
7am-12pm
12pm-4pm
4pm-9pm
9pm-12am
12am-7am

Any suggestions to this? Any other ways to manage this? I find that on some shifts (no all) i end up running out of calories almost before supper time!

    Why are you running out of cals? Please make your dairy public so we can have a look
