Hi
Have been reading some threads on here and am in awe of the dedication and resolve of the posters - thanks to all for the inspiration!!
I have lost 10 lbs. since 1/6/12 and feeling great.

    Good luck mate. I did the same at the begining of the year and have never looked back. Plus not drinking soo much now means i also get to keep more of my brain cells too! :)
