Google: crockpot cassoulet recipe with chicken, and you'll find quite a few, they seem to come in to the 260 260 cal per serving range, or if you are willing to push the boat out calories wise, you can go for a proper cassoulet made with chicken rather than duck which comes in around 330 to 360 per serving. I'd go for the later, as it's something my family like.
