any advice on getting back on track?

I lost 15lbs, then hit a 'plateau' (around 157lbs) and got tired of logging since it didn't do much anymore. I haven't put weight back on, probably because I am still exercising, but am not losing anything either...
I'm only halfway to my goal though, and i need to find some motivation, strategies, or someone to kick me in the butt if i try and quit logging again...

I've gone back into my MFP settings and re-set my calorie goal a bit higher than it had suggested. 1550 a day, that ought to let me lose .9 lbs a week, and i don't resent it as much as the originally suggested 1480...

other than that, i don't know how to get my groove going again.

any advice? other strategies to keep motivated?

Add a new goal into your life - a different type of exercise, or try to healthy slow cook every day for a week, or use a new tracking app - anything to switch things up a bit. Make these pounds lost a little different this time somehow.
