Hey so I was wondering if anyone here uses the Cybex Trainer (that cool machine that makes your legs really swing, kinda looks like an antelope to me for some reason haha)-if you haven't tried it I highly reccomend it!. I love it because it doesn't put as much pressure on my knees I find, and because of how much it makes you move, you burn a LOT of calories a LOT quicker. Usually on my go-to equipment piece, the elipitcal, I burn 500 calories in around 35 minutes. With the Cybex, it tells me I burn close to 700 in that same amount of time.
Question however: Does anyone know how to enter this machine into our database for the day? I guess I could custom make it and just enter the numbers myself buttt......:P
Thanks for the help!

I'd like to know this too.
Plus, I don't think I trust the massive amount of calories that this machine says I am burning. I am using the Cybex 750a.0 -
Best way to find calorie burn is by using your hrm(heart rate monitor).0

I use the Cybex Arc Trainer 750AT but I used my Polar FX7 HRM to record my calorie burns. According to my FX7 HRM, a 35-minute session burned 452 calories for me this past weekend. I'm 190 lbs and 5'-8.5" and 52 years old with about 20 pounds of fat to burn off. My resting heart rate is 68 and goes up to 135 at 100-105 rpm and a resistance of 20 on the Arc Trainer 750AT.0

You should get a HRM, although I have found that when I wear mine the calories aren't that off depending on what I'm doing.
As for adding it to your cardio you can create your own exercise and just add it there.0
