Thanks so much for all the love for this post everyone AND while all the thanks to me for writing it were certainly not necessary (I did it for myself as much if not more than for anyone else), they were MUCH appreciated!!!
I've come back to share that shortly after writing this, I had an NSV I've been looking forward to for quite some time now: I deadlifted 2.5lbs above my current body weight! Super happy about this and...I managed to do it about a week or so before I was hoping I could!
