    I am on week 2, I felt like week 1 was harder then week 2.. anyway I am using 3 lbs. How much are you guys using?

    I'm on Week 1 Day 5, using 3lb weights for the harder parts and 6lb weights for the easier ones...Am doing 30 Day Shred too...

    I am starting Ripped in 30 today. I have done Killer Buns and Thighs and love it!

    I started on Monday! Lovin it so far!

    I hate the "running man" though, & I'm still rubbish at push-ups!!

    Jillian's chat is rather annoying too!! :laugh: even more annoying than 30 Day Shred!

    FYI they have this DVD at Target for under $10. Definitely worth it if you want to try it!

    Am I right that the RI30 is more intense than the Shred? If so, it may be a while until I'm ready for this!

    Yeah I think it is. Week 1 isn't too bad, but it's gonna get harder!! :laugh:
