Hello!

This is my first post here. I am taking a friend out to dinner tomorrow night for her birthday, and she wants to go to a local Thai restaurant. I am having trouble finding info on healthy Thai foods. Any advice? Here is a link to the menu, in case anyone has any recommendations.

Thank you so much for any advice you can give!

Without knowing cal counts what I do is look for something with lots of vegetables. I usually go with chicken for my meat. Whatever I get I only eat half and take the rest home.

I see they will sub. brown rice for regular. That's a nice option. Our local Thai does not do that. But the food is great. In fact I have some leftovers in my fridge from yesterday.

Garlic & Thai Basil Salmon Filet
A garlic and Thai basil sauce served atop a 10 oz.
salmon filet and pan-seared to your liking. Served
with steamed vegetables and jasmine rice.

how about asking for this without the sauce with the steamed vegetables and no rice.
