Hey guys, im sure there are quite a few people with beach holidays planned.
So was wondering what everyones favourite tips for losing those extra couple pounds before you jet off?

I'll start the ball rolling with my tips:
1. Plenty Water/Green tea
2. Incorporate walking more into daily life.
3. Cross trainer/elliptical trainer
4. Eating very healthy, salads, veggies...

    this! lol and working on that beach body long before summer is already here, because it takes more than a cpl weeks to shape a body!

    Water and weights 365.
  • Weight training, sleep, run, sleep, eat! try for something like 40%protein,40% carbs,20%fats!
