Carabana in 30 days! Tips and Advice for 5-8lb loss in July

Hey y'all. Ok so I leave for Carabana in exactly 30 days and need to lose at least 5lbs (I'd love to lose 2 a week and make it 8 but I'm trying to be realistic). I could really use some help on my menu. My diary is open and fair warning it's not pretty at least the past week to week and 1/2 haven't been... Anyone have a fat burning 30 day plan. LOL of course I plan to hit the gym like it hit me first for the next 30 days but I need more healthy balance in my diet. I'm a math maniac so if anyone has like a equation or numerical breakdown for how much protein, fat, carbs, sugars daily etc I'd love ya more than I do now. Thanks in advance loves!

    thats easy. just take in a little less calories and work out a little more than you are doing already. thats the only balance you need.

    I have found a helpful macro formula for weight loss is 40% Protein, 40% Carbs, 20% (unsaturated) Fats. For this site, I would suggest adjusting your goals to get at least 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight. After you hit that requirement, just adjust your carbs and fats accordingly. As far as sugars go, try to limit your sugar intake to fruits whenever you get cravings.

    I think you should try eating at least your bmr and go from there. :)
