I have noticed my goal with protein changes daily. I am not changing it, my fitness pal is. Today I started out with 59 as a goal. Some days my goal will increase. I can not figure out what would make it change. I thought maybe the amount of excercise that I have done? But there are days where I didn't excercise and my protein goal is higher than on a day I do excercise.

That's curious. I don't have an answer, since you see it happen on days when you don't exercise. Maybe an MFP guru can tell us?

I am going to open up my journal so that others can see what I am referring to.

When you exercise, you get more calories and MFP also ups your macros because you set them based on percentages. Same percent of a higher total calorie number = higher macro value.

I went back a week in your journal. The only days with a protein goal higher than 59 were the days you exercised.

MFP gives you more room when you add in excercise.
I took a look at your diary and I didn't see a day where you didn't excercise and the protein was higher than 59. If you know the specific day that it shows that, let us know and we can look.
But otherwise when you excercise, MFP spreads out more calories to eat back in your diary- all will increase- carbs, fats and protein.

If you are using a Fitbit or other pedo/heartrate monitor that automatically syncs with MFP, it is going to change your Macro's everytime it syncs, because it sees that you have burned more calories.

Ok...I must have been looking at something wrong. That makes sense. :) Thank you everybody. I'm still learning.
