Hello everyone,

I've just decided to do something about my belly and excess weight and registered with this site.

It looks very promising with the tools on offer and seems just what I need to give my weight loss a scientific approach that's always been missing. I intend to give it a good go. (I found it on 'YouTube' whilst researching exercise and weight loss).

I dance modern Jive, (Ceroc) since eleven months ago and have recently taken up West Coast Swing; so I have a 'level of fitness.' I'm still crap at West Coast but there's no way I'm giving it up!!

What I need is to eat better and exercise regularly, (in addition to the dance) - which I hope this site will help me with. I really think it will, too! I've just watched the 'Beyond Dieting' video which was very informative. I love butter in preference to other spreads so was over joyed.
