Losing weight and the "Pill"

I have heard that taking "the Pill" can make losing weight a little more difficult. I think I am having this problem now and I am getting a bit frustrated. I try to drink a ridiculous amount of water to counter act it, but the scale is barely moving...
Anyone else have this issue and/or find a way to overcome it?
Thanks ya'll!

I've been on it for six years and never had this problem. My weight gain was my fault. But regardless, you may want to explore other options as far as which brand, etc. Different types of pills have different hormones and different amounts. Can't see your diary, but maybe you need to change calorie intake or amount of exercise?0

Lost all of my weight while on BCP.
Unless you are for some reason on a brand with a very high level or hormones it shouldnt be an issue (most brands now have the lowest possible dose needed, it was more of an issue when the pill was first developed and had way more than you actually needed to avoid getting pregnant) .
Given the above and you still think the pill has something to do with it - talk to your docotor .
