I would like to get a HRM...but dont have a lot to invest at the moment...Would this work for now?

    It's missing a lot of key features they're supposed to have. My suggestion is to save up until you can afford to spend about $60-$70 on one. Then you can get yourself a nice Polar FT4 or FT7 or equivalent Timex model and you'll be golden.

    I recommend at least the FT7. I am still using my F7's which are no longer made and have for the past 5 or so years. Great units.
