I've just joined last week, I really need to sort out my diet and exercise routine.. I'd love to hear from anyone who has any tips, advice or just fancies a chat.

I'm Lauren, I'm a student (biological science) from England. I'm a snowboarding instructor & training as a horse riding instructor, so if you have any questions about either of those, ask away!
I'm just getting into yoga, running and, weirdly, sword-fighting in attempt to tone up and generally improve my fitness, but I'm a total novice at the moment.

Having tracked my diet over the past few days, it looks like I'm having way too much fat and sugar, does anyone have any tips to help me cut down?
