keeping shakes cold

i want to start making my protein shakes with milk and maybe some egg whites (still experimenting), but have no way to keep it cold all day while i'm out of the house (work then gym) would need to be anywhere up to about 9 hours.

Thermos or any insulated bottle. Pre-chill the container with ice, then discard ice and add cold beverage.0

I think a small cooler filled with ice would probably do the trick.0
