Hey guys!!! i have a quick question, When i started trying to get healthy i was given 1200 cals a day bc i have a desk job and i was doing no exercise. That has changed i still have a desk job, but i'd like to think i'm pretty active i work out 3-5 times a week for an hour or so or i try to take a zumba class at least 3 times a week. My question is should i change my activity level?? and will that automatically up my cal intake??? i try to eat back what work out but i dnt always get hungry so i cant always eat them back. what should i do, help! thanks!!
