So close to 50 LBS

I am so close to 50 LBS lost I can taste (funny it tastes like salad) I have been eating right and doing P90 and now I am doing Insanity! Prior to starting on those programs near the end of march I hadn't worked out in years.

I never thought I would be a DVD workout guy. I never thought an infomercial would actually work. I am just thankful I gave P90 a chance and now that I have moved on to Insanity I can't imagine ever going back to the "old me" keep working hard everyone!
