slow and steady

Been a member of MFP for a while, wasn't consistently using it really but have been for a few weeks now. Although my loss is slow, I will say that I feel like this is do-able forever instead of a short crash diet. I am down about 6 lbs in 3 weeks, but I know some of that was just initial water weight. Feeling good about being in control, and not binging! Thanks to all of you that post here, the info is all invaluable!
