I have a question about the levels in the video. How soon should I move up to level 2? When I"m comfortable or after a certain number o days? And is it ok to do rest in between days? I startd in Sunday morning and I was wondering how often I should give myself a rest day. Thanks!

You're supposed to spend 10 days on each level. I wouldn't take any less than that, but if you're struggling, by all means bump it up to 15 or 20.
As for frequency - most people do it 30 days straight. I do it every day but Sunday. Jillian Michaels herself said that it's not supposed to be done every day, but instead mixed with cardio. It's really up to your own preferences.0 -
I spend about a week and a half on each level. I don't really follow the 10 day "rule". I try to do 3-4 days back to back and then take a day break to do something different.0
