From across the pond...

34 yr old dad looking to just get back in shape. Been active all my life but the past few years have put on some extra poundage, not cool.

Time to take care of that.

Starting weight was 221 on the 7th of May, down to 210 after two months of 4 day spilt/ weight training and 2-3 days/week of cardio. Maintaining a caloric deficit diet at around 1700/day with a carb re-fed when needed.

My goal is 195-190lbs with a six-pack.
