What is your general pace of weight loss?

Anyone willing to share their pace of weight loss? (approximately how many pounds per week you are losing and how often do you weigh in (post your weight loss?


I'll start. So far I am doing good if I lose a pound every week or two. Kinda slow, but I am not 100% consistent. But I am in control of my eating at least. A real improvement for me. plus I am exercising more than I ever did (and liking it). Summer is slowing me down a bit on that since I used to walk/run after the kids got off to school. Also the heat. Wish I had a gym membership.

    i've been doing this for 5 months, i log everything and i'm really really good about sticking to my food and workout goals...when i started i'd drop 1 to 1.5lbs per week. now it's taking a few weeks to drop 1lbs... just sticking with it and logging everything helps.

    I'm at about .5 to 1 pound a week. Slow and steady!
