Does anyone else pay more attention to their "every day" posture since beginning to lift weights?
I just recently started lifting on the free weight side of the gym. I am very focused on trying to keep the correct form and my posture correct, and now during the day at work, etc. I find myself straightening up and standing taller. I never realized how much I slump my shoulders before!
