Hi, my name is Shelley and I am new here. I wanted to start a new thread for people who are also new to this. We can support and motivate each other!

A little about me: I am 29 years old and a new mother to a beautiful 7 mo. old baby girl. I need to lose around 60 lbs. but my first mini-goal is to lose 25 lbs. by my 30th birthday on Dec. 29.

Please introduce yourself and we can start this weight loss journey together.

    Hi Shelley! My name is Shelley also (spelled the same, that almost never happens!)

    I've been here since July 29, 2009. I love it. Since then my husband has also joined. I have a lot more weight to lose than you but our mini-goal is about the same; 32 (more for a total of 48) by Dec 31st.
