I have started this workout routine today. Does anybody else want to join in? I will post different routines everyday to give it more flair.

Day 1

NOTE: IF YOU ARE IN MENSTRUATION THEN YOGA IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU. AVOID IT DURING THESE FIVE TO SIX DAYS.
