Does anyone know of such a thing, or a what a good replacement would be? I want to get a breakfast casserole I'm making to be as low cal as possible.

Thanks!

I'm not 100% sure on the calorie diffrence, but we always use Heart Smart Bisquick. We use it for pancakes, casseroles, etc. It doesn't taste much different to me.

I use Bob's Red Mill. Don't know how it compares just another idea.
