How does one add C25K to their exercise tracking? Do I have to create a new exercise? If so, how do I know how many calories I've burned?

If you're not using an HRM, then add up the minutes of walking and the minutes of running, estimate the speeds you ran and walked at, and use the standard database values. I highly recommend an HRM though - so much easier!0

I can tell you how I tracked... Under Exercise/Cardio - I added-up total time walking & entered that as, well, walking (4mph, for me).
Then I did the same for the total time that I ran, I assumed a 10-min. mile for running.
C25K is a great program, you WILL succeed!! (but best of luck anyways!).0 -
