I thought I'd start doing them every day as I'm not doing a lot of other exercise at the moment and I've got a bikini holiday coming up in 6 weeks.

How do people get started and what should I aim for? (I did 2 x 1 mins today)

Also, what are plank jacks and what's all this about one leg?
