Burn 101 Calories in 10 minutes

I was reading Good Housekeeping today and they talk about a way to burn 101 calories in 10 minutes. The calorie counts were based on a 150 lb woman, so these numbers could vary for you- but had to share.

1 min weight lifting (7 calories)
3 min jumping rope (36 calories)
3 min of jumping jacks (29 calories)
3 min of jogging in place (29 calories)

I tried it today- and of course because I am no where near a 150 lb woman- my calorie counts were higher. I forgot how hard a jumping jack was... they were so much easier when I was younger! Good Luck to you alll with all your goals!
