So my favourite sandwich, brown bread with a slice of turkey and a yummy slice of swiss cheese is awesomely satisfying, very filling and only 250 odd calories..Can I keep having it for all my meals? I mean I dont get tired of it and I will have some veggies on the side too to get a bit of everything but I was thinking, would it harm if I kept having bread and cheese for all meals as long as I stay within my calorie goal?

I would imagine your diet would be pretty carb heavy if you ate that every day. I wouldn't, but I'm sure it's not going to hurt your weight loss I think you should probably get a more well rounded diet. Lunch meat is actually not that good for you.

I love sandwiches, just fit it into whatever macro goals you have and you'll be fine. Just don't eat 10 a day of course. :)

What do you know? It sits amazingly within my macros and 3 meals of this sandwich is only 750 calories which opens up a lot more calories for variety food.

Well, don't get me wrong...when I mean forever, I mean until my this sandwich fixation wears off..:P

I think as long as it is working for you, enjoy it while you can! :flowerforyou: Wait... every meal? Won't you get bored with that? I was thinking that you meant every day for lunch or something. But I suppose it still rings true, what works for you!

As of now, I am not getting bored..Nope..Not a chance..But knowing me, in a week I might be completely over it..So until then I might just have it for all meals..:)

How can I not like turkey, bread and swiss cheese? How?

Of course it wouldn't harm anything if you keep eating them, sounds like you already know that. Do you grill the sandwich? Or add tomato? I could go for that right now.
