A Week of NSV's

I just got back from a week's vacation visiting my dad in upstate Utah. *Beautiful* mountains.
I hit my original goal weight a few weeks ago and have a new very soft target of losing another 10 lbs but mostly I want to maintain and tone/build muscle.
I didn't weigh myself all week.
What I did do though was run with my sister a few times (after being fitted for new sneakers - do it, so worth it!) and hike a few times with friends and family. One big NSV was when I had a few hours to kill and I proactively asked my son to hike a mountain with me. I didn't agree to go with someone else, I wanted to go myself and found someone to go with me.
I got the usual compliments that have been coming my way for the past month from people who don't see me often so that was nice.
For the most part I ate what I wanted both in-house and when we went out for meals but I was much more conscious of it every single time. When I had a beer it's because I *wanted* that beer, not because everyone else was having one too. When I saw a plate of crackers and cheese I had cheese but skipped the crackers. I pigged out a bit on sweets but not too too bad.
This morning I weighed myself to see how bad it was. I managed to lose .2 lbs over my *vacation*. Imagine that - a SV to top it all off. AND, thanks to the exercise in the low-oxygen altitude of the mountains I'm not worried about running in my first ever 10K tonight.
Bring it on!
