Need motivation to get through busy/stressful time.

I am moving across the world in a couple of days. Needless to say things are busy and stressful right now. I don't even have a fridge at the moment to store fresh food in. Seems like a good excuse to free myself from counting calories for a few days, right?

I've realized that is the problem, there is always something. Work is really busy and stressful, or family is, or someone has something to celebrate, or I'm our of town visiting friends/family. Always something.

What do you say to yourself to keep your nutrition a priority when surrounded by everything life throws at you?
