Ok I asked a question about the elliptical earlier, but now my question is what muscle groups does this machine work?
I heard it was good for all of the muscle groups, but what does it work the most?

I'm not sure what all it works, but you get results. I used it for an hour 3 times a week for about 2 months and lost all the weight I've lost so far. Its great because theres no impact and you dont feel really tired even after an hour on it.0

The main workout is for legs (Hamstring, Quad, and But) You do get some slight upper body (arms, chest and Back) and clave work .0

The more resistance you set it at the more you are working - sometimes I let my arms do all the work just to give them an extra boost....you can go backwards on it - targets other muscles - lean forward or back a bit - watch your back here though - but it can give a full body workout0
