I have 2 yr old twins that I had to have a c-section. What is the best way to get rid of the belly fat. Been trying to loose since they were born with no luck. Any suggestions?

    Hi iv had 2 c sections and im the same trying to lose the belly fat its hard i want to know what the best excercise is for it
