... I believe that fibs and photoshop sorcery are at work here... if the woman in the before photo is the same as the one in the after photo (which I DOUBT) then she's lost a hell of a lot more than 34lbs. She's also apparently lost her face, and had another one glued on.

This ad bothers me whenever I see it - had to say something. :P
