Belly Question

I've lost most of the weight and inches that I wanted to lose, but there is one thing still bothering me. The area just below my belly button is still swelling out too much for my liking... and I can't seem to get rid of it, no matter how much I work out with cardio, abs, and other strenght training. I did the 30 day shred (didn't complete it because of injury) and I am now doing 6 week 6 pack.
However, I've noticed that when I tighten my abs (which have gotten really strong), it also creates a bump. Is it possible that part of the bump I can't get rid of are my abs that I keep strenghtening? I'm not looking for false hopes, I'm just not sure what to think of it now.

Just how big is this "bump"? It may just be skin, which can often be impossible to get rid of if you've lost significant weight. No matter how great your abs are underneath, if there is still skin/fat there it will not tighten. It could also be a hernia? Particularly because it pokes out when you flex your abs. That's why im wondering if it crosses your complete midsection or if it's just central below the bellybutton.

It's mostly just in front below my belly button...
