carbs question...

I've had a good day generally in terms of exercise & eating well but i've just had an evening meal of 2 pork sausages, 2.5 medium sized potatoes boiled+mashed with creme fraiche instead of milk/butter and 40g peas.

and now that ive eaten it i feel soooo full! obviously all the carbs but i had no idea how many carbs would be in that 1 meal and now even though im under on everything in the nutrition side of things, my carbs are at 145 and i can't help think that that can't be good for my weightloss & i just wondered what u all thought cos now that i'm so bloated i'm wondering whether i've ended the day on a bad note? :frown:

ps. i had 300 exercise calories to use today :smile:
