Hi everyone. I started MFP in mid April 2012. I need to lose 80-100 lbs but after losing 15 pounds, I have plateaued for a month now. I know my age has alot to do with it. I am 62 and bound and determined to get back riding my horse. My weight has made it hard to stay balanced on my horse and hoping that losing this "extra person" that I am carrying will help eventually. I am so unbalanced that I could fall off my horse walking in a straight line. Would love to find other people in similar situations (or not) to friend with. I usually give up when I plateau, but this time I won't give up!!! I have the WANT TO, to do this so I can get back to trail riding. Hope to hear from you.
When I get frustrated, I'll eat a BAG of chips and start over again. Guess that's better than giving up.
