Research has shown that people if repeat an action for 66 consecutive days, they are more likely to develop that behavior into a habit. I have removed all soft drinks and exercise 7 days a week at least 1 hour per day. What good habit have you formed?

I quit drinking soda about 3 months ago. Trying to stick with it this time! Currently, I'm trying to make our regular meals healthier.0
