Good habits

Research has shown that people if repeat an action for 66 consecutive days, they are more likely to develop that behavior into a habit. I have removed all soft drinks and exercise 7 days a week at least 1 hour per day. What good habit have you formed?

    gym at least 5 days a week, I feel bad now if I don't go

    eat oats for breakfast
    at least an hour bike ride a day for 5 days.
    quit drinking alcohol
    Quit smoking

    I quit drinking soda about 3 months ago. Trying to stick with it this time! Currently, I'm trying to make our regular meals healthier.
